“My first impression when I walked into the restaurant was that it didn't smell clean. It has the smell of a sour mop. I think the first thing that this restaurant should do is improve the aroma in the restaurant. It will make for a more pleasant experience. Aside for that. The prices for their lunch special was very affordable, especially considering the large portions of food that they provide. In the chicken with broccoli as a brown sauce, but it tastes like very good quality ingredients. Some of the best chicken with broccoli sauce that I've had. The chicken was a little chewy and the vegetables were very crunchy and undercooked. The egg drop suit could have used a little bit more flavor. It was more clear and not yellow like most Chinese restaurants. But I would definitely go back there again for the large portions and would be interested in trying other items that are on their menu“

“I ordered all Indonesian dishes and felt it was very authentic. We did delivery so I cannot speak of the restaurant atmosphere, but the food was extremely good. We lived in Jakarta for 2 years and this brought back good memories“

“We were just driving by, never heard of this place and decided to give it a try. My husband had the lasagna and I had the pasta with clams, finished with a tiramisu. It was all outstanding. All fresh made in house. If we lived in Houston I would be there every single week. It's a must try and we will definitely be back. Also, you can see everything they were doing in the kitchen. “I travel for work and spend a lot of time in Houston, which I call Sooshton, for how many wonderful sushi spots there are. I’ve been wined and dined in the best of them. There has not been an experience I’ve had that rivals the experience I had tonight at Norigami. The dishes, prepared by the chef right in front of you, are top notch, above and beyond expectations. The service is equally as phenomenal. These folks made me feel like a rockstar, heard every word I said on my preferences, and made recommendations that NEVER ONCE missed. Every cent you spend, you fully taste, and experience. I’ve not been to a restaurant where I’ve felt more relaxed, at home, and confident in what I ordered. Every morsel, every sip, every moment, was thoroughly enjoyed thanks to the unbeatable staff here. “Houston Location: We arrived at our reservation and waited 10 minutes for the hostess. Once seated, we were uninstructed on how to order. Sushi chefs explained the process. Our waiter arrived 10 minutes after, taking our drink order. The app arrived before the waters, followed by the drinks after we ordered and received the sushi. The manager noticed us looking for our waiter but was often in the corner on his phone or socializing with the hostess. The sushi chefs were also on their phones while making the sushi, which was unhealthy. Despite the germy seasoning, the food was amazing.“

“Brand new restaurant. This is a quickly growing franchise out of atlanta. It is a really unique place. They have a fusion of Asian Foods including some really fun stuff like a sushi donut, Sushi corn dog and even sushi pizza! The ramen portions are large and packed full of proteins and vegetables. You will not go away hungry. The Thai iced tea is awesome as well, like an Asian Starbucks frappuccino. The food came out really fast. They have a very easy to get to location right off the Southwest Freeway highway 6 exit ramp. They also have an awesome patio which I plan to hang out on quite a bit. They are also right next to some super popular night Hangouts, Pacific Coast tacos and Spectators Bar and Grill. This will be my new favorite hangout for a while.“

The place is nice and well decorated. The food is okay lol. I had like the Texas roll it was ok, not to my taste but to each their own. The other rolls such as the spicy salmon and tuna rolls were much smaller compared to the other rolls which was a disappointment. The sashimi is also small and didn’t really melt in the mouth. I’ve had better lol. The virgin lychee cocktail was bussin. Eliyah made that for me!

Waiting for food was a little tedious. There’s either the robot or a server bringing it .“

Fried chicken was great. Fried octopus appetizer was also appreciated with different condiment powder choices for dipping.

Potato salad also excellent and a favorite of partner.

Tried and very much liked the spicy fries as well.

Ramen portions are abundant so either come very hungry or be prepared to take some home

“I love this place. It’s delicious without being overpriced. It’s got a good vibe and isn’t pretentious. The negitoro bowl and chirashi are so good. They pay attention to small details like marinated leeks and perfectly seasoned rice. Not one piece left. I absolutely love their mango dessert. They say the ice is flown in from Japan. Whether that’s true or not, that dessert is so tasty - and somehow it’s vegan. Their service is attentive and responsive too. Highly recommend!“
