“My first impression when I walked into the restaurant was that it didn't smell clean. It has the smell of a sour mop. I think the first thing that this restaurant should do is improve the aroma in the restaurant. It will make for a more pleasant experience. Aside for that. The prices for their lunch special was very affordable, especially considering the large portions of food that they provide. In the chicken with broccoli as a brown sauce, but it tastes like very good quality ingredients. Some of the best chicken with broccoli sauce that I've had. The chicken was a little chewy and the vegetables were very crunchy and undercooked. The egg drop suit could have used a little bit more flavor. It was more clear and not yellow like most Chinese restaurants. But I would definitely go back there again for the large portions and would be interested in trying other items that are on their menu“

“I ordered all Indonesian dishes and felt it was very authentic. We did delivery so I cannot speak of the restaurant atmosphere, but the food was extremely good. We lived in Jakarta for 2 years and this brought back good memories“

There has not been an experience I’ve had that rivals the experience I had tonight at Norigami. The dishes, prepared by the chef right in front of you, are top notch, above and beyond expectations. The service is equally as phenomenal. These folks made me feel like a rockstar, heard every word I said on my preferences, and made recommendations that NEVER ONCE missed. Every cent you spend, you fully taste, and experience. I’ve not been to a restaurant where I’ve felt more relaxed, at home, and confident in what I ordered. Every morsel, every sip, every moment, was thoroughly enjoyed thanks to the unbeatable staff here. “Attended the bluefin carving last night.

Tickets were $207 pp. Aside from the tuna, there were stations serving unlimited food or drinks. Food stations - raw oysters and kaluga caviar.
Drink stations - premium sake, rum, and japanese whiskey (all did neat or cocktails).
The featured cocktail of night was a Lychee Martini and it was fantastic.

Servers came around with food, water, and the martini constantly.

Food options were: mini tuna sashimi waffle cone, tuna crisp with caramelized onions, a mini tuna fishbowl with mango, seared tuna skewers, hand rolls, and then a 3 plate of chu toro, otoro, and lean.

The tuna carving itself was cool. You were able to go and use a spoon to pick at the meat left close to the bone while they filet'd the tenderloins. We got to try the cheek seared, tuna bone marrow, and neck meat along with all the traditional cuts. Then obviously a tuna head sake shot because why not.

Worth every penny because they did not over sell tickets. At no point were you fighting for food or drinks. Will go again.“

“This restaurant has ~15 tables/booths plus ~6 seats at sushi bar for dining in. We visited this place at 11AM on a Thursday, and it was already packed by 11:15AM.
The services were prompt but limited (no refilling the water).

Overall, the food (sushi/sashimi) was very fresh, but we couldn't fully enjoy the meal in a very noisy atmosphere. Parking was also a problem due to limited space near the restaurant.“

“My wife and I went there for dinner. I'd seen some reviews and videos about the place. It was around 8:30 pm, so we decided to have a late dinner. We ordered some crab stick, scallops, Iwa Ya roll, gyoza, and dragon roll. All for about $30. They have free iced tea, red bean dessert, and free soup. It was perfect for two people. If you haven't visited this place and you're in Chinatown in Houston, try it if you're in the mood for sushi.“

“Brand new restaurant. This is a quickly growing franchise out of atlanta. It is a really unique place. They have a fusion of Asian Foods including some really fun stuff like a sushi donut, Sushi corn dog and even sushi pizza! The ramen portions are large and packed full of proteins and vegetables. You will not go away hungry. The Thai iced tea is awesome as well, like an Asian Starbucks frappuccino. The food came out really fast. They have a very easy to get to location right off the Southwest Freeway highway 6 exit ramp. They also have an awesome patio which I plan to hang out on quite a bit. They are also right next to some super popular night Hangouts, Pacific Coast tacos and Spectators Bar and Grill. This will be my new favorite hangout for a while.“

“Food was solid. It is a hub for multiple restaurants. Essentially a centralized kitchen and then pickup point for multiple chains/local chains. The lady on the other side of the number I called was extremely helpful and patient with what to do for a pickup order (it’s a “process” but simple and explained).

Simply put; my hungry, extremely picky, “you pick” but it’s never good enough - wife said to surprise her. Generally a losing affair. But ordered here because I wanted a poke bowl and knew sushi would at least prevent me from having to sleep on the couch. She gave the sushi a 3.5/5 and cleared it for future orders. Call it a W, husbands.“
