I love this place. It’s delicious without being overpriced. It’s got a good vibe and isn’t pretentious. The negitoro bowl and chirashi are so good. They pay attention to small details like marinated leeks and perfectly seasoned rice. Not one piece left. I absolutely love their mango dessert. They say the ice is flown in from Japan. Kira offers an intimate dining experience with counter seating only, making it feel personal and interactive. The ingredients are fresh, and the quality of the fish is evident. However, I found that many of the hand rolls are topped with so many sauces and condiments that they overpower the natural flavors of the fish, shrimp, and lobster. I would have preferred a simpler approach that lets the seafood shine, but that’s just my personal preference.

The Tamaki (hand rolls) are particularly praised for their amazing flavors. While the Donburi (rice bowls) may not have met some diners' expectations, the overall food quality is excellent. The ambiance is dark, luxurious, and comforting, with the restaurant playing Japanese vinyl in the background, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere.
