The food here gets 5 stars, but the service gets 2. As many people have mentioned, the wait time is long and the workers are not professional. I’ve been here a few times now and it’s practically the same each time. It would be nice to see them greet you, seem as though they care about the money you just spent with them, and act in a professional manner. If they get those things under control, it would be a 5 star rating!
The Spicy Honey Wings are legitimately some of the best in the city and the Rotel Loaded Beef Hotdogs are great as well but the service is way too slow, worsened if you order delivery. It’s not uncommon to wait half an hour in person and over an hour for delivery.
Flavor was decent, however the wings were smaller than the Rockets trophy case. $25 for wings the size of a raccoon ankle and fries as mid as Houston sports is insane. Only reason they load the fries up is to hide the fact that they’re dry as hell. Best part of the meal was the Hawaiian roll my grandma brings to Thanksgiving.
