Very disappointed in Taco Bell these days. With the new ordering system it doesn't require any human contact or customer service and therefore if you do run into an employee they are not trained in the art of customer service! Sad!
Customer service at its very best!
I just love this location! I've gotten several different ppl in the drivethru and they just give me life...so sunny, humorous, and kind! Ive gone on weekends, weekdays, & consistently had great experiences! They're patient when the app starts glitchn or when il indecisive.

The customer service at this location is truly amazing, with employees being very polite and helpful. Some staff take the time to ensure orders are correct, which is appreciated. The drive-thru experience can be mixed; while one employee was exceptionally nice and provided outstanding service, others have been less friendly and less accommodating. The restaurant is clean, which is a pleasant surprise compared to other nearby places. It is accommodating to dietary restrictions, such as substituting rice for lettuce. The food, including meals like the burrito, is generally hot and tasty, though sometimes orders are not followed exactly, leading to adjustments at the window. Overall, the taste of the food is consistently up to par, and the staff's dedication makes this Taco Bell a good place to visit.
