Quesadillas with Fajita Beef: Very good. I ordered beef so I expected ground beef like in most restaurants but the fajita beef was even better. 9.2/10

Burrito with Fajita Beef: Also very good. It is a very thick burrito filled with goodies. It is not spicy and does not have sauce. 9.5/10“

“We visited this restaurant for a birthday brunch and called a few days in advance to make a reservation. Even with the reservation, it still took several minutes to get seated. The restaurant is very small, and since our party was a group of seven, the delay was understandable.

We started with drinks, but they came out one at a time after about 20–30 minutes of waiting. Most of the table ordered the ceviches and everyone was satisfied with their dishes. I ordered the chilaquiles verdes with steak, which were also very good.

The decor and overall aesthetic of the place are super cute and honestly one of the main reasons it caught our attention. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a girls’ date or casual brunch.

The only downsides were the very limited parking, which was hard to find, and the long wait for our drinks, though they were all pretty good once they arrived.“

I had such a great experience here! The drink I ordered was extremely delicious and full of flavor and super refreshing. But the star for me was definitely the churro ice cream. It was so tasty, perfectly sweet, and had that fresh churro flavor that really stands out. I’ll be craving it for sure!

On top of that, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. My order was prepared and delivered really fast, which was a nice bonus. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and the experience they provide.

“Stopped by for the first time today and it did not disappoint. I called in the order and didn’t have to wait long for it. The service was great and the cooks were nice. I ordered a fajita quesadilla plate with a side of rice and hubby ordered a fajita torta. Everything was delish and made perfectly. The portions are big and not to mention, very generous with the meat. The rice was so good, it reminded me of my Grandmother’s in Mexico. The green salsa is bomb! The food is legit and I highly recommend it. If you’re in the Spring/Humble area, definitely check it out. We will be stopping by again.“

“Wife and I were in the area and wanted to eat something different from the regular stuff we normally eat. I did a quick Google search and came across Queso Bonito. We saw that it was close and made the trip. Walked in and the place is pretty small. The gentleman behind the counter greeted us and asked to take our order. I ordered a beef fajita torta and my wife had a beef fajita Gordita. I also had an aqua Fresca de melon, which was pretty good by the way. The wait was a bit long but worth it. Food came to the table hot and smelled delicious. My torta was a good size and was really good. It had fresh avocado, lettuce, tomato and crema on it. It hit the spot. If we’re ever in the area again, I will definitely come back.

“Tacos are consistent, tortillas are usually prepared fresh. My only complaint is about the carne guisada tacos which sometimes come with big pieces of fat. If they trimmed the meat a little more they would be great. Good place for breakfast tacos.

“We absolutely love their breakfast tacos- super underrated and unknown hidden gem. It is located right near the airport and is so convenient. The tacos are huge, they make homemade fresh tortillas which are delicious and the flavor of the eggs and filling is the best. They serve large portion for the price compared to many nearby taco joints. I have never had to wait in a line here they are quick! Me and my son come here for a weekly breakfast date and couldn’t recommend it more (although I’m hesitant because I don’t want the line out the door 😅)“

Whether they’re mingling, making sure everything is just right or back in the kitchen overseeing quality, consistant cooking, everything is always perfect! Nothing compares with Chuy’s authentic Southwestern American Mexican food including New Mexico cuisine’s influence, Hatch green chili salsa and green chili rice. Add to this their version of Tex-Mex, i.e. cheese enchiladas, queso, fajitas and most importantly their Chili con carne (Chuy’s Tex-Mex).
