I used to go to the Popeye's on Beltway 8 near my house but this location has become my go-to. Manager Matthew took great care of me today. It was my first time ordering a $6 Big Box and I ordered 4. When I reached home I was missing half of my sides. π± Matthew handled the issue with grace. Thank you so much.
First I hate these new ordering machines then you ask for help and get ignored, the machine did not print a receipt and they can't print one or help because no one in charge can speak English so that's why I got ignored just a horrible experience this is America I dont speak Spanish do better Popeyes

I hardly EVER go to Popeyes. The one time I'm CRAVING their chicken and I go there they say they're out of chicken!!!!!! Like HOW!!!????? I wanted a 2 piece spicy chicken, leg and thigh. They said they were low on stock but they could give me wings. If I wanted wings I would have ordered wings. This location is next to a McDonald's. When I drove up I was wondering why the McDonald's line was long and double stacked and the Popeyes drive thru was EMPTY!!!! I definitely found out why.....smhπ

It was great, I was so happy to find the fish sandwich I love because not all Popeyes have the fish sandwich anymore, because it is a season item for Popeye.

Ordered food online using their app at this location and paid for food on the app. Was told on the app that food was ready for pickup so I went to the drive thru to pick up the food. Was told that I would have to wait another 15 minutes after already waiting 10 minutes because my order was not ready. Asked if I could just receive a refund and was told that I would have to do it through the app. I asked the worker how to do that and he told he doesn't know and neither does anyone else in the store and I need to move from the drive thru because other people are waiting. I reminded him that I have already paid his company for food and didn't show up until his company's app instructed me to do so. He said he can't do anything about it and again told me about the people waiting behind me in line.

This location used to be top tier for food and service but the last few times that I visited, they have been less than satisfactory. This is typically around 12:30p - 4:00p. Today I ordered 1 wrap and a regular fry. After waiting in line and then sitting in a the parking spot for 10 minutes, I decided to go inside to see what the delay was. They didnβt even drop the chicken for the wrap. So instead of blackened ranch chicken, I got regular chicken with sauce β only for them to ask if Iβd be willing to accept mashed potatoes or red beans and rice as a side because they didnβt have fries.
What was supposed to be a quick stop on my lunch break turned into me being late back to work.

The shrimp was not fresh and tasted greasy. Don't bother with the fried pickles; they were nasty. The service was fast-paced, and the clerk was hard to understand. I wasn't offered a receipt, and no sauces were included. Very disappointed with Popeyes; I'll stick with chicken. π€’

I placed a order on line fo to pickup the order for them to tell me that my order was not there so waited for at least 20 minutes and still the manager said my order was not there. Contacted online customer service explaining that I was charged 54.11 for my order, then they told me so show the manager my receipt for the order then the manager said I don't have your order. Needless to say that I never got a refund nor a replacement for not getting my food but customer service wants to give me a 20.00 dollar credit for a 54.11 order which is unacceptable and unfair. How does 20 dollars justify that I got charged for no food. I feel that something needs to be done if we are charged without getting any food. I pass up 2 other popeyes cause this was my favorite but not anymore.

I order a 3 piece comb ( Breast, Thigh, & Leg). I ask for those and the lady got an attitude about it. Then ask for a Large premium lemonade and she told me I canβt it only regular. So I said okay. Then when I get my food and head to my family home. Then I open my food and saw 2 tiny legs, 1 tiny thigh, & 1 breast. I was so shocked. Look like a childβs meal. So I called and no answer. I called a lot. I donβt recommend anyone to this place till they get it together.

The service was just okay. Went through the drive thru last night and they made me pull up to wait for my order which is fine but the problem is that the food wasn't fresh. I ordered a 5 piece chicken stip and they came out luke warm so not sure why they had me pull up. If I have to wait extra time then the food should at least be hot. Also, they probably need to either do better at training or hire more competent employees cause I ordered mashed potatoes but received Mac and cheese. As you can see in the photo, the tag is correct but the side is not so they need to do better at telling the difference between Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The food was edible but not what I ordered and not really fresh.
