Honestly, this place has some of the best PHO broth I’ve had in Humble, hands down! The broth is SO good you could literally just sip on it by itself. It’s always piping hot, fresh, the flavor is one point. It’s a hidden gem! Must try!

Chicken pho, expensive but certainly enough for 2 full meals. So at 9$ a meal I'm happy. So much flavor, chicken so so juicy. My new favorite pho in town. Love this spot
Today was mine and my husband’s second visit to Saigon Cafe. We dined in last week and were really impressed with how delicious the pho was! I got chicken pho and my husband got beef.
I feel like sometimes chicken pho can be bland, but theirs is definitely flavorful!
Today we ordered takeout and still share the same sentiments. My husband got beef vermicelli this time and he says it’s great.
