We love coming here for our berry berry but our last visit was less than favorable The girl behind the counter wasn’t very pleasant, our berry-berry didn’t taste like it should. We did noticed the new faces so that might explain the strange taste and unfriendly behavior.

Alex is amazing in his customer service skills, it was my 7 year old daughters first time at the mall and he was very nice and we let him pick our flavor for our Boba tea (her first, my second ever) and we were so happy with the flavor! Thank you Alex!!!
