I wanted to order a coffee at 8:22 at night and she had her chair up and was telling everyone that she was closed. She didn't want to serve people and she wouldn't make me my coffee. This is a very bad attitude from that person who works there. 4/1/25

Definitely like others said before, this is probably by far the worst Starbucks you can ever experience, unfriendly staff with slow attitude no customer service whatsoever and no smiles at all, specially the blond lady (cashier or store manager not sure) she seemed to hate her job and being there to serve people. I don’t know if Starbucks management ever audit their store performance but this one definitely needs a huge improvement bcz it’s ruining your reputation. I don’t usually drink Starbucks and this adds on another reason for not going back. Food and coffee just average, I heard them saying I don’t have this and that..seriously why did you open lacking of stuff? Totally unacceptable.

Rude service. I witnessed Justyn tell a man the sizes are right behind me and didn’t explain them. Then 2 weeks ago Citlaly told me that they were not making anymore drinks at 5:45 and the whole team laughed but they served the person in front and behind me.

I couldn’t buy anything in this store, bc the guy who was working was incredibly rude. We said ‘Hi’ and he didn’t respond, and then we asked him something and he didn’t even have the courtesy to look at us as he responded in a very low voice we couldn’t even hear anything.I’ve always have a good experience in every Starbucks I’ve visit but this one has the most awful customer service I’ve ever experience in my life. Never coming back.

Super slow. the woman in front of us ordered a pink drink, but they tried to give her something white, then told her they were out of the pink stuff. She said she'd been waiting 15 minutes, so that sucks if it's true. Ended up getting a refund and no drink:( same thing happened when my brother ordered the nitro cinnamon cold brew, they didn't have it. The employees seemed nice enough

I was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar. Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. He said, "I just want you to be happy with your order..." This is the type of service deserving of all customers and I am privileged to receive this level of service and respect! Great job you two....
