I was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar. Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. He said, "I just want you to be happy with your order..." This is the type of service deserving of all customers and I am privileged...
