I stood in front of the order area for 5min straight. Not even a greeting was received. Than the manager I assume steps out the side, stating she’s leaving etc having a quick huddle with the employees, while I stood there. No acknowledgment to the consumer was done. Please, do better. Perhaps better training?

(To be more exact, there were two female employees in the front; and the I assume was manager stepped out from the side with a all black attire and I assume a Target employee who had a red shirt, that was with her)

This is not in regards to Target but to Starbucks. The Starbucks inside this Target has the most horrible customer service. They don’t greet you with a smile, the don’t say thank you/please, they don’t show any kind of manners or customer service etiquette. They always look mad, clearly hate their job and the fact that they have to deal with people. This hasn’t happened one time, it’s always!

This is a location inside of a Target, and while there are standalone locations in the area, I rather stop into this one.The service is consistently great, no matter the time of day or barista. The food & drinks are usually good, and the rare occasion that the coffee wasn’t quite up to par, it was more on the Starbucks supply side of things than the location itself.This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area, possibly the best I’ve been to, and even if I’m not shopping at Target that day, I still like to stop in here for a coffee here.

Waited 20min to be told they didn't have Espresso. Then had to wait another 10min to get my wife's drink.Staff was very disoriented and did not know what to do. When I finally got my drink the lady that handed it to me did not apologize or thank me. She just rolled her eyes and turned around.
