I’ve been a LOYAL Shrimp Net customer for well over 10 years, since they were only a little shed on the side of the road along 1960. Having have been a New Orleans native, seeing a shack on the side of the road with just ice chests full of the freshest seafood felt like home. We ordered shrimp from the Shrimp Net to be picked up Sunday. They actually made a mistake and forgot our order. We weren't able to get there until right before closing, and they had already sold out. Mistakes happen, we understand. BUT they messaged me shortly after we left and offered to deliver our shrimp the next morning. They really went above and beyond to fix their error.
