At this location, the fries are always soggy and cold even when I request extra cook time and ask them nicely for extra crispy fries. On the contrary, they overcook the boneless wings, and it's like bitting into tree bark.

I ordered from 9635 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E. I ordered a 10pc combo with veggie sticks and Louisiana. I was charged 32.65 for two items. The veggie sticks never arrived. When I called the store a girl answers the phone. I explain to her the issue with my order. She then yells to the back in Spanish my concern. I then begin to speak to her in Spanish and she put me on hold. She then asks me my name and proceeds to act like she doesn't understand what I am saying. She gave me the run around and told me to contact Uber Eats even though they are the ones who packed my order incorrectly. When I asked for the manager's contact information they told me that they can't give me such information. I am disputing my charge with my CC. The resolution would have been simple cancel the original order and just bill be for a 10pc combo with Louisiana fries.

I would not spend my money at this place and no more The staff sucks the manager sucks All they do is play they have tons of people waiting I can hear everybody complaining they've been sitting there for 30 minutes or more I ordered online waited 20 minutes before I went to go get my stuff just to make sure it ready for pickup and it was not a weighted another 20 minutes almost 30 late for work had to cancel my order because I had to get back to work in the manager very rude so yeah don't even waste your time or money and this establishment like I said the staff they suck they play too much instead of cooking people's food they're back in the back plane I took back and observed everything very upset pissed off cuz I had to go back to work hungry because they want to play unacceptable I'm a manager and I would never let my employees do that we have a business to run this is not a playground so whatever you do stay away from that Wingstop on Sam Houston parkway cuz all they do is a playground for kids cuz that's all you see behind the counters a bunch of kids ??????????????

The wait is so long for no reason because they give you the wrong order anyways. I ordered 2 totally different meals from what was given to me and the funny thing is, the receipt on the bag was my receipt but somehow they still got it wrong. Dont even get me started with the customer service, just HORRIBLE, this location is a joke. And no this is not the first time this has happened either. Never again ordering from here, yall shouldn’t waist yall time either.
