Carbonero Rotisserie Charbroiled Chicken & Steaks

The food is so good! I was afraid after leaving South Houston I would not find awesome Latin food! Carbonero not only fit the bill they are one of the best Latin Restaurants I have been to! The only thing better than the food was the service!

We were leaving Fair on the Square and stopped in here to eat and have drinks. The food and drinks were very good. But honestly, the best part of our experience was our server, Emily. She was exceptional. I recommend stopping in and asking for her section. She's a hard-working college girl with a great personality and is a lot of fun.

My mom and I drove 1 and 1/2 hour to this place and it was totally worth it food was delicious the caldo de res is a 10 and sopa de marisco is a 10, we are definitely coming back.

To anyone going to this establishment, please be careful with the caldo de res, and the pupusas. Once you're addicted to those two things, you don't want to cook at home anymore, and eventually you'll stop paying your bills. And your thoughts will only be about Carbonero. Your desire for pork pupusas will wake you up at night, sweating, waiting for the clock to hit 11am. Interventions won't work. When people want Chinese food, you'll get them caldo. When they want Indian, you'll get pupusas. And they'll get addicted too!!!!

We we're in Huntsville for a couple of day's for work, did know where to go for good Latin Food, and we came across this restaurant on Google. Glad we gave it a go. We ordered a little bit of everything to try Ceviche, Steaks, some pupusas, and grilled chicken, and everything was really good. Now the red salsa was a little weird it tasted like straight up can salsa it had that weird after taste. Waitress was Nice & attentive.
