Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food is always good and I love coming here but there was MOLD on the hamburger bun... Normally I inspect the hamburger buns but the one time I didn't there was a spot of green and white mold on the top bun.

Waited in line at the drive through for 30 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. Ridiculous wait.

First time trying Freddy's. Did drive thru and got a custard cone single scoop and a Dr.Pepper freeze drink, and tater tots for snack. Everything was great. I'll be back to try a meal next time. Easy to get to location. Near lots of shopping too.

Food is mediocre for the price, the tots were really good but the burgers tasted like nothing but salt.

I came in the place was very clean and Joe was super polite and attentive and also made me feel special for my birthday. Go Joe!!!!

Will not be back, cashier ignored the drive through with my food sitting there just getting cold waiting on the counter. Also I know it’s petty but don’t pay cash unless you want the company to round up “because we don’t have pennies, but we make the customer pay more.” It’s principle and annoying.

Lost our custard order. We waited 25 minutes. Then it felt like they weren't even apologetic for wasting our time. Double oreo sundae was a scoop of custard, with crushed oreos and whip cream.

Update: Nobody actually got in contact with me, and their idea of solving the problem was a coupon for one free ice cream. Insane how poor their customer service is. Nobody ACTUALLY got in contact with me, just robot emails and I don’t think any feedback was actually heard. Won’t be returning in the future. I’m more frustrated with their lack of customer service and how impossible it is to speak to a representative than anything else. Do better

Ordered delivery through the app and it took over an hour to arrive because the driver made several other stops before me. The other stops aren’t the end of the world, but the food arrived cold which was disappointing for all of the delivery and service fees they charge. Food arrived cold, and was not correct. I have attempted to call, email, and leave feedback through the app and have gotten no response. I guess poor reviews are the only way to get these people’s attention. Very disappointing.

Freddy’s, I had the greatest experience of my life at a fast food joint. It was the best fast food I’ve ever had. KY was my server and that he was amazing. He does a great job and he should get a raise!!
