It is a small trail and was close . What a joke....

First time buyer from this place and the food was so delicious.Could not have been nicer.My family was eating at the potato shack, but I wanted something different. So on the internet I saw this place. 65 and blind and can't walk so they cause I'm really critical of my food.And it was so delicious. Thank you very much.

Food is always amazing! Randy catered a chamber event for us and it turned out excellent. Everyone was raving about how delicious everything tasted. Highly recommend! Great food and a great person running the business!

Lovely owners and great food! Also very reasonably priced for hefty portions! My 2year old son and I were camping at Huntsville state park and they re located just 10 minutes away. We took our lunch back to our campsite to enjoy. When we left they gave my son a popsicle and thanked us for stopping by. Since we didn’t try our food till later I wasn’t able to thank them for preparing such a delicious meal for us! We loved everything but especially that smoked boudin. It was sooo good I had to save some to fry on our skillet for breakfast the next morning! Yumm!! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Let me just start with OMGoodness! Food was excellent. We tried several different items on the menu just to get a feel for the place. Loved everything we ordered! Especially the jambalaya egg rolls!!! Customer Service was too rate as well. Will definitely going to be coming back!!!

Wowsers! Those are flavors meant to go together. Shrimp and sausage mind blowing. Cajun fried rice life changing. Lumpia sumptuous. Boudin balls so soft and delicate. Catfish worthy of an MTV show. Mmmm.

Not what I was expecting when I pulled up to the food truck. The 'owner' was very kind. He took my order, allowed me to sit in my vehicle until it was ready, THEN he collected payment! Even gave me a discount because of my employment. The food (I got shrimp and fries) was seasoned to perfection! I tried going back 4/11/23, but he was closed.

The food was amazing! So much flavor. We had jambalaya egg rolls, boudin balls, loaded fried rice, etouffee and skewered shrimp. Portions were big with a great price. The gentleman who runs it is very friendly. Food waa done fast. Highly recommend!
