People are not doing their job.. the last several times we have had to call attention to incorrect pricing or tagging (basically staff did not pull last week's sale tags or update the computer). Then you have to prove it. Today, the sticker on Tyson chicken breasts indicated a 'buy one get one free' but it did not scan that sale, so...you call it to their attention, the poor young girl was doing her best (self check registers attendant, I would not want that job!) but, she had to verify which took a minute because all those registers were going off 'Attendant Requested' over and over. They did give the chicken to us at that sale price.And about self check , they are slow! Constantly having to wait for scanner to catch up... aggravation upon aggravation. And while I am talking self-check ... do you agree that a 10% discount should be applied when you have to check your own groceries??

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Whoever that big sloppy starving a** braid employee was working at The self checkout called me a b**** and had an attitude.

I went to purchase so me pre made Mac and cheese. The name brand was out but the Kroger brand was 2/$5. I bought those and when I scanned them they came up ad $3.99 each. I asked the employee at the desk why these are coming up at this price when the sign said otherwise. She checked her phone and said that was the right price. She then called someone in the dairy department and was told they removed the sale price. She told me she would check with the floor manager to see if they would honor the sale price. She told me the floor manager would THIS TIME! How rude, she also said YOU CANNOT EVER DO THIS AGAIN! Those words made me feel like a criminal! By the way, a friend was with me when this happened and saw the same sale price. I hesitate to even go back to that store. The selection of grocery stores is limited here in Huntsville so even though they are, I hesitate to go back. I have always shopped at this store. We go there at least 2 or 3 times a week. I have had two bad experiences with the Huntsville Kroger Pharmacy. It takes over an hour to get to the store one way so basically 2 hours turn around to go to the pharmacy. I dropped off my prescription at the pharmacy and told him I had to wait because I live an hour away they said it would take one hour for them to fill my prescription. After the hour I went back to the counter to pick up my medication that I desperately needed and they said they could not fill it because they had to talk with my doctor about the prescription. This is the second time they did this knowing that I had to drive back an hour without my medication. The managers are doing a terrible job and have no compassion for their customers. Oh yeah, the person in front of me had the exact same problem. He was as happy as I was. Smh. Told them to take my info out of computer because I will no longer be doing business with them

This is a very nice store however this store for some reason can't get any disinfectants. They haven't had any in months.

They take forever to help you the prices are expensively ridiculous. They are nice and very helpful but I pay $8 less to get my pepperoni sandwich meat at HEB. Kroger used to be cheaper than walmart.
Clean, great variety and has hard to find items. Staff is very friendly.

I will never get my thanksgivings meal there again nothing was pre made I have to make everything the only thing pre cooked was the turkey which took 5 hours to heat an it was supposed to be for 8 would be lucky to feed 5 not to mention what I ordered they did not have an the potato's were nasty. Very unhappy with Kroger
