Laredo Taco Company

They took my order online, i payed, they prepared the food. Then called and said i needed to cancel the order and refused to give my order to the door dash or substitue another item. So they got $21 dollars and door dash cant refund because they showed my order was ready. Lazy and unprofessional. Do not order from here

Ever since an employee named Betty work there when she stopped the food has changed it's still it's old it doesn't look fresh the last three times I've been there two times I didn't even order and this last time I ordered and I wish I wouldn't I felt sick right after this is like one of the worst places to eat now bring Betty back

It's hot food from a 7-Eleven. I don't know why people are expecting gourmet offerings and top tier service from a college student that was probably restocking the chips before someone asked for tacos.

I ordered4 of the chicken fajitas, it was o ly chicken , it had no onions.or.green peppers in it. Blah! I went back to.the food.counter to tell her my fajitas have no strips of onion or green peppers,just chicken! She.l replied thats how it comes. I just walked away. It wasnt a fajita, justchicken and a tortilla. I think this location is just not into.servicing people.

Food was good but I ordered some breakfast tacos with eggs, bacon, and potatoes, both of my tacos were missing potatoes and the tortillas were severely undercooked, ordered again hoping it would be better and same thing undercooked and missing potatoes

You need to have a talk with the young lady that’s preparing the food. I don’t know her name but she’s on the younger side. Wears a nostrils piercing. She works the morning shift. I don’t know if she just doesn’t care or wasn’t taught properly. But the food she is serving is not up to what I am used to from this location. Her tortillas are always cardboard hard. And all the ingredients either smell weird, are burnt or both. I have pictures of what I got today and it isnt good. I tried to eat it but i couldn’t I am attaching a photo. Does it look edible???? Please fix it!!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this was awful. I had the chicken burrito. Took 1 bite and through it in the trash. That was a $9.49 hard lesson learned. Never again

Terrible service. I called in ahead of time and wanted to order 4 breakfast tacos with beans and WITHOUT CHEESE, along with tomatoes and onions.I fully expected to be charged for beans, but not only did they charge me for cheese, they also tried to charge me for onions and tomatoes. The fat woman copped an attitude about how I told them their sign says that tomatoes and onions are free, and her response was "Well I guess I'll need to change that!" Seriously, what the heck is that kind of attitude. It's the store's sign and I'm getting attitude from some fat old lady about what their own sign says. Maybe she hates her job or hates people like me, but I don't need any attitude when I've got exams and school to do. I just wanted food and to pay a fair price for what is advertised.Apparently though, the reviews about this place are correct. It's a shame, because I went there the day before and the young man there was very kind and respectful. But this woman has completely ruined any goodwill towards this place.And the kicker? Even after all that, the cashier still charged me for beans AND cheese. Honestly, I was thinking of just not paying for it, but I have an exam today and I don't want to do that on an empty stomach.Definitely don't go to this place, terrible service and terrible attitudes.Oh, and here's a pic of their sign that says tomatoes and onions are free and also my receipt where they charged me for beans AND CHEESE, even though I specifically did not want cheese.Awful, just plain awful. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would.

People are lazy!!!!!!! The walk so slow, they always missing something or don't have anything and I use to work for food companies and this is by far the most unprofessional "restaurant ever"They never have food prep nothing is done in time. And for what??? $10 plate for no reason the food is c9ld and if they keep on with this people can sue for bacterial infection due to improper temperature of food. They look miserable and make people feel uncomfortable. Nobody doesn't know anything.
