Absolutely amazing experience. I'm unsure whether or not Shogun is typically busy on Sundays, but we arrived around 3, were seated immediately, and waited a very reasonable time for our drinks and appetizer. The filet was a PERFECT med rare, rice wasn't overcooked, vegetables were immaculate, and everything tasted incredible. Great experience with Chef Alex. Came for my teenager's birthday and really enjoyed ourselves. My kids called Chef Alex the magic man and that Chef Alex has the best dad jokes ever.
