I went in to order to go. The girl kept asking customers to repeat themselves when they order. Both employees had one earpod in and are struggling to hear the customer. If they had two ears available they might hear the customers better. crappy customer service, she could tell I got mad. Why do i have to work hard because she refuses to do her job right.
The people here did an amazing job! I ordered a complicated order (customized sandwiches for several people in my office) and the man over the phone repeated everything back to me perfectly. They got everything out within 10 minutes and ready for pickup. Excellent job 👏 I'll definitely be coming back.
First, I called the store to confirm if they had an item that most subway locations don't have. The customer service was superb, and they did not hesitate on letting me know what items they had available. Upon arrival, they do the standard procedure like many subway locations. Overall, they did in fact carry the veggie sandwich and the food and transaction were good.
