I love this place!! I’ve been to other places but nothing compares to Whale Tea! I genuinely appreciate the quality and freshness of the tapioca pearls. Also the staff is so kind. Over all a great place highly recommend!!

The milk foam black tea is perfect! It's only been bad 1 time but every other time it was perfect! But for other teas it's hit or miss to find one you like!

The store itself and employees are great.Do not order from DoorDash though, they will steal your food and say it was delivered when they really didn't. I placed an order for delivery and the dasher YAW stole my food and marked the order as delivered. I spend $17 plus a generous tip that this thief took. DOORDASH do better. They just refunded me $5 for an order that was NEVER received. Shame on you DoorDash and YAW.
