Being a food truck owner myself,I've gone to a lot of different food trucks, but there is just nothing out there that honestly compares to the phenomenal value I get when I eat here at the Total Cajun Seafood food truck located in Riverside @ the riverside food park just off hwy 19. The portions are more than enough for the reasonable price and the shrimp & fish is among the best I have ever tasted & those boudin balls are to die for we had the ones stuffed with American cheese...read full review
Absolutely loved the Chicken N Shrimp w/ Fries! And to top it off the Boudin Balls where delicious, I’ve never seen them so big. I’d say totally worth every penny and I will definitely be going back! Thank you Total Cajuns! :)

Had the fried fish plate. Everything was delicious and made to perfection!! 10/10 would recommend
