I have tried the entire menu and not everything is authentic. They take shortcuts in many dishes. The pupusas, yuca with pork rinds, and the meat dishes are good and authentic and I recommend them. But there are foods that reuse things from other foods, especially chicken broth. For example, they use chicken broth in Salvadoran pastries and sandwiches, instead of the authentic way of making them, and the truth is they don't taste good. Food was great. I forgot to take the picture first as I was very hungry. The food was fantastic. Great value. The ladies serving were very friendly and helpful. I had the fried porchop with wings.
