This is an absolutely treasure! Many wonderful gluten free pastries from croissants, cookies, muffins and pies. Jill the owner is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. Sweet potatoes donuts and chocolate croissant, I tried melted in your mouth. I will definitely go back!

SO DELICIOUS!! I was looking for a yummy treat to take to my sister for her birthday and happen to come across Cookies Crumbs and Crust online. Boy did they not disappoint! I ended up walking out with 3 boxes lol 1 for my sister and 2 for my husband and I. Oh and a free coffee! The cookies have the perfect crunch around the outside , chewiness in the middle, and not Overly sweet. AMAZING. And the blueberry muffin YUM. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience! I will be back :)

Went by this location this morning just to check it out since my wife is gluten free. Ended up meeting with the owner and hearing about her business. They have traditionally been an on-line business and this is the first store front. They provides baked good to general customers, as well as, businesses like Central Market, Chip and Joanne's in Waco, and Neiman Marcus. We ended up getting a blueberry muffin, almond croissant, and a few different kinds of cookies. Everything was delicious!!!!! They also do specialty orders to include but not limited to traditional baked goods, gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. Highly recommend this place. We will be regular customers!

OMG! These are the best cookies ever. Generously sized and super delicious! Java chip and Carolinas are my favorites. The gluten free varieties do not taste gluten free according to friends I’ve gifted them to.

I need everyone to know The Carolina cookies are the best cookie anyone could ever make on this planet!!!! (They have a mix of everything in them pecans, coconut, chocolate and more) This lady loves cookies and she does not play with the size of her cookies they are so big. She never let's a product leave that she doesn't approve of. She also has no problem adjusting or changing things due to diet restrictions.

If you ever get the opportunity to try the G/F Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip you wont regret it. Crispy chewy salty and sweet with a rich peanut butter flavor. You cannot tell they are gluten free. Your g-f friends will be amazed and so will your flour lovin friends.
