5 years ago with a grievance, I called the Corporate HQ in New Jersey to express my disappointment in the staff of this store. Within 24 hours I received a call from the Store Mgr, Cindy who apologize + promised a free sandwich the next time I came in... this past Saturday (5 yrs later) I went + collected that sandwich the... staff honored that promise. I will be sending a letter of praise To the Corporate Office in New Jersey. Because this store under Cindy's Management...

I have been coming here for some time almost any Sunday night and I have never had the best service, tolerable at best, but tonight your guy Donzel was on point friendly, very helpful and efficient. Do what you need to do to keep him!

I've been coming here for years. The service is efficient and they're always friendly. The place is very clean, and I appreciate how often the cutter wipes down the slicing machine. Sandwiches are consistent and always tasty!
