“Surprised the drive thru was empty, because this location is THE SHIT, and so is their drive thru worker, Nelly is what she goes by. She got us 3 smoothies and our toast on the fly, and recommended the Banana Boat w/ peanut butter and cinnamon, and was the best smoothie we ordered. Would give more stars if possible, shout out to Nelly!!!“

“Just tried another location and let me tell you I will not be doing that again. The staff at the NE mall location are always professional and make everything correctly and keep fully stocked and are courteous enough to update the app if need be. The mall location can get busy but it’s worth the wait !!!“

“I don’t love chain coffee shops, but this location always has super friendly staff and they make a drink however you want! They will even help you customize anything to make it taste delicious! I haven’t had a bad experience at this location and they give the cutest pup cups with a little treat for your furry friends!“
