Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews offers a mixed experience. The staff is AMAZING, with exceptional service from managers and servers. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, coming out fresh and hot. The atmosphere is nice, and the restaurant feels like the original Red Robin. Servers are wonderfully attentive and super knowledgeable. The Big Yummm Deal is a great value with bottomless side and drink. The steak fries are seriously one of my all time favorite foods. The restaurant is very understanding with kids. The bar could improve, with inconsistent drink temperatures. Food can be hit-or-miss, but the brownie cake is a highlight. The restaurant offers great deals, such as unlimited fries. Despite some accessibility issues, Red Robin is worth a visit, especially in the Hurst area.
