Why are there only two employees working here? They were absolutely slammed. And although the two workers were hustling and as efficient as could be expected, I was disturbed. I’ve never seen a Starbucks so understaffed. Whoever the regional manager is for this location should be fired.
Manager just stands around not helping when they have 10+ people waiting for coffee. Everyone just talking with their hands instead of talking while working it’s only one or the other. Literally 40 min of an hour lunch spent waiting. Starbucks is losing it here. Should never take 39 min for a drink. Just 1
