I recently moved to Colleyville and have been disappointed with the local sushi offerings here. I moved from Plano where there are some extremely good options within 10 - 15 minutes. I tried the Sushi Go franchises there and all were very sub-par Tom Thumb grade. I saw the reviews for this location and gave it a shot. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this gem! It's seriously some of the best I've ever had, and I'm a card carrying sushi SNOB! Huge portions, market fresh sushi and sashimi. The rice is perfect. I can't get enough! I met the owner Thang on my third visit. He recognized me and asked how everything was. He takes real pride in his craft and runs a tight ship. To go orders are always on the counter waiting for me and I'm 5 minutes away! And always with extra wasabi (I eat it with a spoon!) without even asking. You will NOT be disappointed. FYI you will pay at least 3x more at any restaurant in DFW that even comes close to this quality and service. Please support this local business. For me! Thank you Thang!

Most underrated and hidden sushi restaurants in the tri-city area. Inexpensive, consistently good food, friendly service, great atmosphere, always spotless/clean. You have to try it!

We love going here! The owner recognized us after our second time going here. He is a one man show and we come back because of him and the delicious sushi.

This is our favorite sushi in DFW by far! The owner is the best, he always has a smile and makes us feel super welcome. Get the volcano roll when you go!

Very tasteful and fresh food. Several options, a wide variety for all tastes.
We had take out - combo 1 and 2 different rolls.
Server/preparer was very nice and communicative.

I have to tell you I was not a fan of sushi. However, the yakuza bowl, which was heated sushi, blew me away. This will be our favorite place. My friend loves sushi, and he had a very well-prepared Poke bowl. He said it was the best he had ever had. You need to try this place. It is hidden in a strip mall, and it is very clean. The menu was inviting to see. It's a real different treat!

The sushi menu is terrific. There’s a ton of amazing choices. I was pumped to eat here. Unfortunately the quality doesn’t match the menu. I wanted it to. It’s slightly better than grocery store sushi to give you an idea. The staff was nice.
