I encountered a technical issue with a third party food delivery app that caused my Tiff's Treats order to be delivered incorrectly and the cookies to be inedible (porch drop off, ants, yuck). I called the Hurst store and spoke with Mikayla (sp?). She took the time to find the order, talk with management and made it right for me. AMAZING customer service!!!

Alma the store manager was very professional and that store is always clean, and the staff is always courteous. If you need anything catering wise, this is the place to go!
