October 29, 2025 @ 10:13am: whoever is working this shift, AMAZING! Delicious. We got a mango monsoon, all american wrap, and a spinach pesto wrap no peppers. Everything is absolutely delectable. Great way to start my day. God bless. Its the little things in life

Bad customer service. The 3 women’s who were on the morning shift on 10/16/2025 handled my food very roughly, not to mention that they spoke to me very rudely, making me have a bad morning. I hope the managers take this into account when it comes to how their workers treat customers. I will not return to this location
Food was delicious purchased a flatbread and an detox smoothie. Went through the drive thru. Both items looked just like the picture which is amazing! Food was fresh, tasty, and hot. I wish I still stayed this way, but I was in the area and decided to stop by, and glad I did! Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you. 😊

Love Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. I originally loved it for the convenience—close to work, has a drive-thru, and easy access.
Unfortunately, I’ve stopped coming here due to the lack of consistency. I’ve had multiple wrong orders, unfriendly interactions with staff, and inconsistencies with pricing, promos, and offers. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but all feedback matters—and I hope this helps improve this location.

Went up there for a smoothie and a acai bowl. Service was great !! the smoothie was okay i got no added sugar which made it taste real light and I actually really appreciate when its just taste like fruit. The reason I give it 3 starts was because although the smoothie was okay and the service was great the acai bowl was really disappointing; the quality was not very good and it was quite tiny for almost $12 . The toppings were good, just the acai itself I don’t recommend maybe their yogurt bowls are better. Overall if you’re looking for something quick and on the healthier side I say go for it but as far as quality i would say look elsewhere.

Paid for a $9 meal and left with nothing because they didn’t have the bread for my sandwich. Can’t refund without a GM there either 🙄
To celebrate National Smoothie Day properly I found this location that happened to be on my regular route of commute. To my surprise, after long study of the extra large menu on the wall behind the counter, there are a very large variety of smoothie combinations. The young lady behind the counter waiting on me was super patient while I was paralyzed by all the choices before me.
I ended up finally making up my mind with a Blueberry Bliss, with blueberries, strawberries, and banana. It was the perfect mix of my favorite ingredients that had a great flavor and it tasted so healthy. The service was super nice and friendly given all the questions I asked. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe is located walking distance from Smith/Barfield Park, In-N-Out Burger, and QuikTrip. This location also has a great atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it especially if you need a healthy cold drink to cool you down.
