The food and service were okay, but it was evident that the restaurant hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in years. The ceiling fan appeared to have accumulated germs since its installation.

The food was great, but the poor lady up front barely understood english. She did not understand that I wanted the Dr. Pepper left in the can instead of poured in a cup because it was a to go order. She thought I was asking for diet Dr. Pepper instead which they don't even have.

We have had no issues the few times we have been there. The owners and employees are very friendly and checked in on us many times throughout the course of our meal. We have had the pho there a few times and it has been consistent, as well as a few other Vietnamese dishes and apps. I love their ca phe sua da as well, they do it authentically and the coffee they use is high quality.

1st time eating there 2010. My wife introduced me to this establishment. I must say the food was great. Lo mein combo was my fav. Only place in the area to serve ramen style stir fry noodles. This was our go to. Fast forward 2023. We moved back in the area. We decided let's try Ben Hoa again. 1st experience. Ordered fried rice, plate was 10 dollars ,charged me 19 dollars and change. Wow!! 9 dollars in taxes , sheesh. Food was decent but ok, let's try again. My daughter ordered my fav, the noodles. Over charged, the food was old, messed my stomach up. Ben Hoa just became Fav to the Grave. It's been good but sometimes you have to let things go.✌️

Used to have good pho. Past 3 or 4 visits have been disappointing. Quality of Service and food has went down a lot. seems like people who work there do not like the people who come in ( it always feels like we are bothering them) that and food is definitely minimal...fried rice is just steemed rice with egg. Portions are irregular and/or disappointing..overall experience feels like they are scraping penny's to serve your meal and over charging you.
