The dumplings were amazing and the sauce sent them into the stratosphere. The flat noodles also excellent. Bien Hoa is not fancy... just a simple family run restaurant with good food.

The Food is EXCELLENT. Never have I gotten sick. Very MOM AND POP. Nothing changes. But air conditioning is bad. They have NO MONEY to fix it.ho Been like that for YEARS. But food great.
