I had an issue with my last order and delivery and the lady manager was absolutely amazing!!! She fixed the issue and gave me a credit so my family could order dinner again. She is the nicest lady and very understanding. This pizza hut is awesome.
Cue me: hungry. Want pizza. Boom, Pizza Hut.
Order placed at 4:57 PM. Estimated pickup: 15 minutes. Then comes the notification: “Your order is ready.”
I arrive and somehow nobody knows where my order is. Ten minutes later they finally produce it, except it’s missing an entire pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks.
At 5:30 I’m told they’ll make the missing items “right away.”
