We were passing thru Livingston so we stopped here for dinner, have so on more than one occasion. Great food, pleasant atmosphere. One of the best enchiladas I ever had. It takes more than a meal presentation. The waiter "Cowboy" was super. We order two plates, one was being shared between me and my mother. I asked for two plates. Waiter Cowboy had the kitchen split the meal on two plates. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We went for breakfast around 7:15am on Sunday. It was basically empty until around 8/8:30am when it picked up. I mention that because there are a lot of tables, but the place is really small. There were either a lot of regulars or it's because it's a small town, but everyone seemed to know everyone at entry/seating which was great to see.
