The Past: normal bun, load of fries, tall onion ring tower. The Present (Saturday, last night): Junior size bun and meat, skimpy fries, RAW and SHORT onion ring tower that was sent back. When one pays 15+ bucks for a burger, make it count. Not a good experience last night and not Celeste's fault. She still got a decent tip regardless. It's about management and owners.

Custoner setvice was horrendous this Saturday. My husband order a burger well done with onion rings. When his order came to the table he started to eat only to find raw meat in the center. He asked the waiter to please fully cook the burger because he doesn't eat raw meat. The waiter immediately got an attitude with him.
