Rude staff and consistently failing to include parts of my order. They made my 2 1/2 year old son cry the last TWO times we went because they failed to give us his meal. They won’t refund us but instead offer us a BOGO which is NOT what’s requested. We can’t get a human in the phone s as no pepper chat won’t work. Epic failure.
When you do an online order and arrive to Pick Up make sure your employees know how to read the orders! Arrived at 12:20pm for my scheduled pick up, watch the employee go put his hands on my order. He touched bag, proceeded to tell me the two other people our orders were not ready.. waited another 30 minutes for the employee’s to go grab the exact same bag from 30 minutes prior to give to me.. asked him so it was ready for 30 minutes getting cold….
