I've been going to one Chuy's or another for close to 40 years. The Hutto Chuy's is new but the food, service and atmosphere is classic Chuy's. We had chicken fajitas. It was good. The only sour note was that the only choice of beans was refried. Something about which day of the week, Friday? Strange.
+ The Steak Burrito remains the king of good deals.
+ Free chips and salsa.
+ Staff is friendly and quick.
+ Lots of seating. (Probably more than actual parking.)

Nice addition to Hutto. Good change if you dont want Chili's. I like the ranch chip dip. It can get very busy. Or, it can be pretty slow it all depends what time you go. Friendly wait staff. Cool decorations/vibe.
