Love the new Hutto Wingstop location!!!! I’ve ordered from here several times and the orders are consistently accurate, timely, hot/fresh, and the staff is friendly. Much better overall customer service experience at this WS Hutto location versus than the WS Stonehill/Pflugerville location.
I want to give a HUGE shout out & THANK YOU to the Manager Tania! My kids wanted Wingstop, and when i went to pick up our order ($112) i grabbed my 2 bags and walked out to my truck and when reaching for my door handle 1 bag ripped and all the food spilled out all over the ground at my feet! (My heart broke) I walked back in and asked if there was anything that could be done or was i going to purchase the order again? Love the wings. I really like how you can divide up the wings into different flavors. They do, however, need to keep your food warm when you do a call-in or online order instead of just placing it on a shelf. I hate when my fries are cold. If I go to pick up my order the time it says it will be ready, I usually have to wait when I get there. So I usually wait another 5 to 10 mins to head up there. When I do, my food is on the shelf.
