Pretty good food generally, but expensive for what you get. Service was terrible. I counted 7 employees around 1:30 pm in the place and I the only customer, and their coffee pot was empty! The manager rang me up and over-charged me (by mistake, I'm pretty sure). Had I not caught it I would have paid $4 over. And there's ZERO seating indoors or out!

I always order my breakfast sandwich to be cut thin and with only one egg white and they always give me a full bagel and two egg whites. I’m sure any other person would appreciate the extra food but I’m on a diet and half of it ends up in the trash.

The past couple times I’ve gone there my sandwich taste….soapy. Idk if they aren’t washing the produce or rinsing off the dishes well and there is soap residue on it but it’s really disgusting.

My favorite Einstein !! Everybody here is so friendly and super nice !! They always make sure to serve me what I’ve asked for or close to it ! Never have a bad experience at this location ever !!
