food was good AKA The lumpia but on the bad side it was opening day and it took us an hour to get our food. hopefully in the future it's not so crowded and you can get your food a little faster.
As a restaurant, I feel like Elsie's is already an established 10/10. The food and service are great. The prices are reasonable. And the lumpia is consistently the best around. Perfect texture, great flavor, amazing accompanying sauce, yaddayaddayadda.
