I have been a fan of happy panini since they opened. Fresh sandwiches plus more food. I love the weekly specials and rotating menu items. You can always tell when a restaurant strives for improvement or is okay being stagnant. LOVE happy panini!

I must say this was a great choice for the family for dinner. We got the pesto turkey, terrific turkey and pasta Alfredo. All dishes were flavorful and tasted fresh. We will be back!
Oh my lord my tummy is happy! Happy Panini is the bomb (do the kids even say that anymore?) Our search for a reasonable price and a belly full has reached nirvana levels. Got two fulfilling sandwiches and by the full mouths and oily drips from our faces we are satisfied! Go, today, as soon as you read this and try this wonderful gem of Downtown Hutto.
