I decided to order cheese bread after ordering a deep dish, so the cashier had placed my deep dish in the warmer while I waited for my cheese bread. The customer service was excellent. I usually don't have issues with this location. I order online and come pick up. There are occasions when they are swamped, they can't help it. And there was that one time when only one guy was there running the shop (and he did an amazing job keeping cool under the pressure). However, this is the first time we've found hair baked into the crust/cheese of the pizza and that's just gross.

Placed an order online and immediately realized I'd chosen the wrong pizza sauce on one of the pizzas. Tried calling every minute for 20 minutes straight. No one ever picked up. How is this possible? I guess they don't take phone orders or want to talk to talk to someone. Disappointing.
