Little Caesars Reviews
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
When my husband got home we noticed one of our pizzas was wrong. We don't live near this location so I tried to call to see if they could make it right before we drove another 20 minutes each way. The calls started at 9:30 the phone just rang and rang with no answer. This went on until 10 with no resolution and the wrong order. This is the worst customer service ever! Little Caesars Pizza is a budget-friendly option that offers a simple yet satisfying dining experience. While the pizza may not be exceptional, it’s a great value for the price, with the option to enjoy leftovers for multiple meals. However, some customers have experienced technical issues with ordering, including delayed responses to phone calls and limited availability of phone orders. The store's atmosphere is small, with only four chairs, but it often has 10-15 people waiting for their orders. Customers have noted that the store used to be quick and "hot and ready," but now it can take 45 minutes to an hour to get a pizza, which is frustrating. There have also been concerns about unethical business practices, such as changing items in the cart to make customers pay more. The staff, including the workers, are generally kind and helpful, though efficiency seems to have decreased as prices increased. Customers are advised to check their orders before leaving, as mistakes can happen and calls may go unanswered. Despite these issues, the staff can be helpful and friendly, but the overall experience has room for improvement.
