I ordered a large ham pizza with garlic sauce and romesan seasoning on the crust. What I got was a thick outer ring of crust leaving the crust where the toppings go thinner than the cardboard box it was placed in. There was also absolutely no sauce anywhere other than right around the thick outer ring of crust. Oh and there was no garlic sauce on the crust. And there was just regular parmesan sprinkles on the crust instead of the romesan seasoning. So Disappointed.

Well like another reviewer said and I didn't think it would happen to me but I ordered a GARLIC SAUCE CUP on the side and when I got home I checked and NO GARLIC SAUCE CUP, and instead I received a ranch sauce CUP. This seems to be a constant mistake made by this place which confuses me. The receipt clearly says GARLIC SAUCE CUP and I get ranch, and no I'm not going back to get a sauce CUP, I will just remember this simple error that this place can't seem to correct next time I'm looking for pizza and I don't wanna have to do a complete QA over my order before I leave, but if the simple things like this are not fixed, what else are we the customer being shorted on?

I usually have a great experience here, especially when the senior staff is working — the service is friendly and the pizza is always excellent. However, I visited today at around 2:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The young lady working at that time seemed inattentive, and the pizza quality was noticeably lower than usual. I hope this was just an off day, because I really enjoy coming here when the usual staff is around.

Ordered a large Deluxe added mushrooms and green olives. I got a medium pepperoni with the mushrooms and black olives all piled in the middle. The pizza wasn’t even cut. Called to ask for the pizza I ordered to be made and delivered. After waiting on hold for more than 25 minutes, Louis the manager came on and was completely unhelpful, excusing the problem because they ‘were busy’. He offered to remake the pizza but I would have to pick it up because the original delivery was thru Door Dash. I finally gave up and asked for a full refund. Last time I deal with their terrible customer service.

Marcos is a consistent go-to for me and my family. They make a great product and they’re quick. Some favorites of mine are the cheezybread and pepperoni pizza with their old world pepperoni.
The best pizza served here is how slow they work. I ordered 4 pizzas and went to pick them up 15 minutes later and they were still preparing it and then putting it in the oven. A single worker working. Very bad service.
