Had food delivered...pizzas were not cut. Paid for extra dipping sauces and they were not delivered. Asked for blue cheese...got ranch. Not impressed.

It's good pizza. They offer pretty good deals online. Sometimes the wings don't have much sauce on them. I've gotten some with no sauce before. That wasn't cool. Had to turn around and go back. We now check our order before we leave the restaurant. They are quick to get your order ready. Worth trying if you haven't

Their variety of pizza in using their homemade pizza dough and their fresh pizza ingredients makes Marco's Pizza very popular and appetizing!!! They have a large variety of pizza flavors including their variety of pizza meat lovers along with their BBQ and their vegetarian and their garden pizza varieties!!! Their meat pizza bowls and their subs sandwiches of chicken or ham and cheese are freshly made daily and are very appetizing!!! They have a tasty variety of side dishes of chicken wings along with their seasoned dipping sauces!!! Marco's Pizza salads are always fresh and crispy alongside with using their favorite salad dressings!!! Marco's Pizza has a large variety of fountain drinks including their pure leaf teas and a variety of sodas!!! I highly recommend Marco's Pizza for their delicious and tasty variety of quality foods and for their variety of cold drinks and for their friendly customer service!!! Jerry Stefek

I am quite picky when it comes to pizza and thought Marco's pizza was good. My 10 year old however does not like pizza at all. Not the frozen pizza, not Chuck E Cheese or Pizza Hut or Gatti's. But she liked Marco's Pizza. She explained that she liked it because the sauce wasn't sweet. 10 stars if I could.

Customer service standards seem to have declined.Tonight, I placed a delivery order with the new Marco's at 6:15 PM, with an estimated delivery time of around 6:47 PM. When the order didn't arrive, I called the store at 7:15 PM to inquire about it. They informed me that the driver was returning with the order because it had been sitting too long and they needed to make a fresh pizza.Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store at 7:45 PM to pick up my order myself. Upon arrival, I requested they remove the delivery charge, which they did. They didn't offer a receipt, they just told me it was reversed. I had to ask for one and when I did, everything looked in line. Not until I got home I noticed the tip was still included. What exactly did I tip for here?On top of that, the pizza was just...not good.I understand that restaurants can get busy and I try to have as much patience as is reasonable for an exchange of goods and services and I hate writing bad reviews but when you feel robbed after a transaction it's just really disheartening.Management - Don't respond with "I'm sorry your order didn't go well" and offer a one time fix. That doesn't solve anything. You've lost us as a customer, try not to lose more.
