Mario's Mexican Restaurant had catered an event at our lodge, so we decided to visit his restaurant. What we found was great breakfast and lunch food! My wife had pancakes with eggs and sausage, I had three breakfast tacos. The tacos had great flavor and were made with some of the best homemade tortillas I've tasted in a while. The carne guisada taco was flavorful and plentiful, so was the chorizo and egg taco! Mario remembered us and made us feel very welcome....
Amazing little place. It was a pleasure seeing the owner on site, speaking greeting and speaking with guests. Friends of my husband joined up during our visit. Perfect place for a business lunch or family gatherings. Groups big or small were welcome. We went on a Saturday. They are extremely busy at times and the servers could be a little slower throughout your visit. Their customer service, however, is amazing.

Known for their breakfast. Small unassuming house turned restaurant. The egg, bacon, potato,and cheese taco were tasty and seasoned well. I am not sure the four tortillas were made in-house. I will try the migas next time since that is what they seem to be known for. The owner made the rounds to every table to say hello and welcome everyone.
