First time trying this restaurant and it is NOT like the older posts. There isn’t a spice bar to get cilantro or onion etc. When you order they ask which type of salsa you prefer and you get 2 small to-go cups per order. Tried the carne guisada plate and it was disgusting. No flavor or seasoning. Just thrown on a paper plate which started melting. The homemade tortillas were good and my dad enjoyed his chorizo breakfast taco… and that was what everyone else was ordering…...
I have been coming to Ricardo’s for 7 years now, and the staff is always so friendly and don’t think they’ve gotten my order wrong once! Even if they did - they would correct it right away. They are the best!!
leaving a review because i don’t understand their 3 stars :0 been eating here for a long time (takeout). their tortillas are my favorite and tacos are always packed; never half full. i believe there are bad days everywhere but if you’re kind and leave a tip (pls do cuz these people are making your food they deserve it) you will experience great service and food, as you should. love these guys :)
