Rockabilly Brewing is a hidden gem and a great place for families. Recently updated, it now features secure fencing, play scapes, and a covered patio. The beer pricing is friendly, and they offer a tangerine beer worth trying. Outdoor seating is abundant, and the weekend food truck serves premo brisket nachos. The renovation has improved the place, and the views of Hutto from the top of the hill are amazing. They have two of their own beers now, including the Tangerine King, a lightly citrus-flavored blonde. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a warm, welcoming vibe. The outdoor space makes it a cool hangout spot for relaxing and enjoying live music, with fun events and great food options like smash burgers and the Elote brisket. The peaceful surroundings and gluten-free options make it a must-visit, offering a home cook experience with dishes like pork belly small bites and waffles. Parking can be challenging, so bringing a sedan is recommended.
