“The fried chicken was really good. The gravy was thin. The lid on the gravy that was in the box with the chicken came off during transportation and spilled gravy in the box. The mashed potaoes and buscuits were too salty. I would purchase the chicken from them again, but not the potatoes and biscuits.“

“We came in to order a meal after a beautiful day at the beach, the lady immediately greeted us and welcomed us to the restaurant. We don't usually go to places like this so we were somewhat confused on how best to order for two people. The lady, Aurora was kind and patient, she expressed genuine appreciation for us visiting and gave exceptional service.

The employees here are kind to each other and care for one another. They are working as a team and are doing a great job. We enjoyed the food, it was great quality and very hot. We will come back every chance we get when we return to PA.

This team is united and an opportunity should be given to them to demonstrate their willingness to provide great service and great tasting food.“

“Honestly one of the nicest experiences I have ever had as far as fast food goes and more over as far as Popeye's goes, we came towards the end of the night maybe two hours before closing and they had to cook everything because they were closing for the night but very apologetic, they tried compensating me for the inconvenience but I could not as it wasn't directly related to their fault. The food was obviously hot and fresh and honestly the staff was just so very kind. Would definitely come here if I was in the area again. Also we are so in love with the red beans and rice!“

“I was in the Portland store with family during powerful hail storm on November 1st 2025. The staff was awesome. They seemed prepared for a disaster. Two front doors were shattered and employees moved us further into store. Even after the storm, they escorted us out a side door to avoid broken glass. They continued to be deeply concerned about our damaged vehicle and our safety. As a first responder, I was impressed.“
