Absolutely love the Copper Pot. My favorite breakfast item is the Frenchman. Food is always hot and tasty. Love their coffee. They even warm up the coffee cups and creamer so our coffee is always hot. The staff and owners are always friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend this family owned restaurant.

My wife and I visited the Copper Pot today for the first time after reading rave reviews. Our input is the restaurant is way too overrated (except for the being very pricey part). Our server's inattentiveness quickly became the elephant-in-the-room for us. Cool coffee, mediocre proportions and so-so flavorable menu choices topped everything off and will lead us back to Rio Ranch the next time we decide to trek across town for a Sunday breakfast.

I live this quaint little restaurant. I heard about it from a coworker who swears by their soups, so I had to check it out. I ended up getting a burger with chips, and it was cooked to perfection! I will definitely be back.

Food was good. Had a breakfast smash burger and split a crab dip appetizer. Crab dip was very good and the breakfast smash burger was pretty good. Will go back.

Awesome spot for some breakfast or brunch! True to their motto quality over quantity. Ordered the Americana, 2 pancakes with potatoes and your choice of protein ( bacon for moi) and 2 eggs to order. My wife ordered an omelette with crab meat. Came with a side of potatoes. Pancakes were sweet tasting, bacon was crunchy, potatoes had good seasoning. Overeasy eggs on point. Wife's omelet was tasty. If you like crab meat, get it! The sauce over the omelet was creamy. I believe it was a hollandaise suace. Service was good, waitress was attentive even though it was a full house.
